In all of our years in business, we have never had a negative review. Then, comes along Michael Summers, a man who WANTS SOMETHING FOR NOTHING! His negative review is coming from a grown man who brought in a laptop with a power chord SUPER GLUED to the port so it wouldn't come out! LOL! Really? Who does that? Bottom line is we fixed his computer like new again and it did require more work, plus the purchase of a new power chord. We all know Best Buy would have charged him much more. Anyone with any sign of intelligence would recognize that. But, then again...we are dealing with a man who SUPER CLUED his power chord to his laptop! :) Then, he calls our office explaining how he is trying to use some old out of date printer as a portable printer in his car. He wanted us to do FREE research for him in hopes that we can find a miraculous way to make this ancient printer work like a portable wifi printer in his car. We repeatedly told Mr. Summers if he would bring his printer into the office for us to look at in person, we would gladly help him. Then, he tries to boss us around and tell us how to run our company. He is a rude person as we can all see. He lied about our company and was not man enough to call us a jerk to our face. Rather, he posted an unnecessary negative post on our Google account. This man, Mr. Summers is supposed to be an Insurance Salesman! Who is he judging? Maybe he should think before he tries to damage someone's business!

I brought in a laptop to be repaired to them. I was told at the beginning and during the repair process that it would cost 75 dollars. I agreed to that. No other discussion and when I went to pick it up I was told that the bill was 125 dollars. No reason or justification. I felt my laptop was held hostage so I paid and left. About a month later I asked them a simple software question in the hopes they could try and redeem themselves to me. They said they needed to look it up but guess what. No answer. They are total jerks and will pull a fast one on you. Stay away or be burned.
