Client Review on USANA Health Sciences, Inc

I had a terrible experience with their customer service call center in Vancouver. I tried to cancel one of my family accounts from USANA so I faxed a formal letter a week ago then called them yesterday to confirm if they received my fax or not. At first, a lady told me they didn't received it so I need to re-fax it again and call them 5 mins later to confirm it. in fact, I re-faxed it and call them a hour later. However, during second call, another male operator told me he can't confirm because he only answers the phone call. their Email Team will deal this situation and process in 7 business days. The most important thing is that I only requested them to confirm if they received the fax file or not. I didn't ask them to process it. Are you kidding me? I think this person couldn't move his bottom from the chair and walk to the fax machine. He argued with me and his voice even is louder than me. OMG, what kind of customer service do you provide for the public? Really disappointed and frustrated!!! Finally, I am impatient with him. I told him I need to talk to his supervisor or manager. his answer is his manager don't answer the phone call. Haha.....How funny is it! I am speechless.
