I don't know what the bad reviews are about this place but since I've been doing business with them, the employees at the will-call desk are very helpful. Currently, they have re-vamp their Redmond store with a retail show room and I am able to actually look at the color of the HTVs before purchasing them. I will continue to do business with them as long as I am in the custom shirt and apparel business. They are local and convenient for me as I am able to pick up the supplies before heading home from work.

They don't really take returns. You need to send them several pictures of the product and go through a series of non-sense hoops to be considered for a return.

Awful customer service. Waited 3 weeks and for two shipments that supposedly were shipped, but were never delivered, and they could never provide a tracking number for it. Used them for one specific material that I go through a lot of, but found a new vendor. Steer clear if you can.

Worst customer service ever. Placed an order for 2 cutter less than a week tried to return one of them. They want 20% restocking fee I was fine with that even this I didn't open the box. I asked them I will drop it off to them since I live 10Miles away from me. They said no it need to be shipped. Very bad company I won't ever recommend it to anyone

Terrible customer service. Sold me 4 ink cartridges, which none of them worked on Mimaki machine. Told me "too bad" since it was after 30 days. Will never buy from this place again.

Item came perfect, customer service talked to me on the phone and was absolutely amazing. They walk you through everything step by step send you photos and cannot be more clear. They are so so aweomse I cannot express how happy I am. They answered all my questions and emails very fast. I cannot stress how awsome they were and I beleive the engineer that helped me was Saul, and the rep was Josh. Super awesome. Josh was a little hard to reach sometimes but everything worked out perfect!! Just a note if you are told you need a forklift or loading dock...you will probably need it!
