Our first 6 months of working with User Conversion has made a significant difference to the way we both think about and approach our online business. David and his team of experts take away all of the opinions that usually dictate the world of A/B testing, and provide you with hard facts derived from hours of their varied research techniques to enable you to push your business on to the next level. If you want to see positive results in your business, I would fully recommend these guys.

We've been working with User Conversion for just under a year now and would highly recommend them. Our attributable ROI has been 14:1, They go above and beyond especially with analytics and have taught us more than ever expected including training me & my team. I'm consistently impressed by their willingness to tackle the difficult problems in our market.

This review is written from a customer experience of using User Conversion. We are not an associate or employee of the owner David Mannheim or the company, User Conversion. We employed User Conversion purely to try and improve our User Conversion rate. This was to be done over a six month period. At the time User Conversion advertised on their website “Over the past 3 months across 10 partners we’ve delivered on average a focused conversion increase of 57%”This all looked very good and after speaking to David at User Conversion he was confident that he could produce positive results for us. User Conversion provided us with a solution where they quoted that they would provide “A substantial increase in your average conversion rate over a 6-month period across all devices and all user journeys”After 3 months our conversion rate was down 1.56%. This was a little disappointing but User Conversion were confident that they could pull it around. On 4 months we were down 2.38%.In my opinion User Conversion were losing a little bit of interest in the project by month 5 and 6. At the end of the 6 month project conversion rate was down 4.60%. The project had failed. We employed User Conversion to increase our conversion rate and we ended up with a decrease of 4.60%. Taking into consideration that they had quoted average increases of plus 57% this was a massive failure and a huge disappointment. We spent £24,480 with User Conversion to end up in a worse position than we started at.I spoke to David about this and he did promise to try and resolve this no matter how long it took. Over the next 6 months User Conversion did work on our website to try and improve conversion rates but only produced one experiment of note. The commitment and work tailed off as the months passed and we never did pull back the negative conversion rate.A lot of money was spent on this project to improve conversion rates. In terms of what we had set out to do the project failed miserably. From working with User Conversion over a 12 month period I would not recommend their services to others.

David and his team are thoughtful, analytical, and data-driven. With their help we made site navigation simpler and eliminated friction in our checkout process. The result was an online conversion rate that was roughly double what we achieved before working with the User Conversion team.
