There is a diverse work culture with an upward curve for learning with no boundaries. Everyone is easily approachable here. Products that goes live commands a great deal of customer goodwill. I joined the team at its very initial stage and have seen continuous steady growth over the years from both company as well as a personal career growth perspective. Management is very helpful. I had shifted from a different city and they helped me find a house and ensured that I was settled every other way in Bangalore. I got to learn new things and such learning is very enriching. Also, the type of projects I get are very different and interesting by nature. Such challenges are always motivating.
