Feedback:

Everything was fine until we noticed the auto pay for our account was pulling ever changing amounts when we were to pay a set amount every month. We preformed an internal audit on the account and found several payments that were processed that didn't match invoices. We sent our audit into Regus and it has been 3 months of back and forth with the account help desk with no resolution. Posting this review to the Folsom location as well as both locations have had issues with the auto pay and neither location is able to provide any answer short of they don't understand what we are asking for. Very dissatisfied.

We had internet connectivity issues from day one forward. We did everything imaginable to get it fixed. The front desk people did everything they could but nothing worked. We were eventually forced to move out because I was working from a Starbucks - the internet worked there. They charge a premium and fail in almost every imaginable way to deliver even a standard level of service. Do not do it. Work out of your garage before you sign a lease here.
