You sent a letter from a law firm letter telling us to take down a bad review that was true and accurate from us. Not legal! Freedom of speech! Our experience with Valice Web Services in Boise, ID was a negative experience on our company and our employees. It cost us a few thousand dollars to recover. Our website data was kept from us when we told Valice were we bringing our web services in-house. We do not recommended using this company.

I've worked with Valice for many years now. I'm also an ex software QA guy so I'm intimately familiar with technology and what to expect from technology providers. Valice is solid across the board and I think what makes them unique is that the principals are approachable and hands-on. If my business depends on a technology provider then I expect that provider to be equally interested in my success. That's why I work with Valice. Note that I have been using them for hosting for over a decade now and for the past few years have also been doing web development as well. Solid and will continue to use them as a preferred provider.

They are the only hosting provider I've ever dealt with that charged for customer support and the rates are over-the-top (currently at $150/hr for basic tasks). With rates like that to backup a database and numerous unsatisfactory interactions, they are on a short list of the least favorite hosting providers I've ever dealt with.
