ONE STAR IS TOO MANY FOR THEM. As previous reviews show, this company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. We ordered frog togg type golf towels with a logo, pens with a logo, and we had them purchase domains for us. The golf towels were ordered with a rush delivery so we could receive them before the golf tournament that we were sponsoring. They did not arrive on time, the logo was completely different than the ones that we had approved, and they were cotton dish rags, not towels. The pens were ordered and they e-mailed us stating that they were out of stock and that if we wanted to upgrade to some other pens that we could for an extra fee. We politely declined and told them to refund the card on file instead. They never answered back after e-mailing them numerous times.Nathan or Nadeem is his real name. Him, his mother Leticia and his father Mohammed have not answered our emails requesting a refund for everything. They're extremely rude and disrespectful. They give a bad name to the Middle Eastern culture and make them look bad. Please do not get caught up in their scam. As the man above mentioned; they contract everything out and make a ridiculous profit for scamming.

Worst experience dealing with any business. Totally unprofessional. Came to them for design ideas and for one help branding because of a referral from a friend. First off let me say the designs he describes are nothing like what he can produce. He's always running behind schedule and always has an excuse. This place doesn't do anything in store, they outsource all of there projects and want you to believe the price is reasonable for the quality of work but work is mediocre at best. We gave these guys a chance and now my partners and I feel robbed. There's nothing we can do now but don't make same mistake. Try ARTWORXX he's excellent and lives up to his reputation.
