Worked with Nathan and his team for a Pre-Pride event my non-profit organized and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Not only did they work with accommodating our needs and price point, they put together a seamless system of monitors, lighting, and AV supervision during our event. All the guests enjoyed the displays and were able to share live social content to the monitors in real time. Talk about a show stopper. I would recommend Vario to anyone who is looking for event solutions for any type of event.

Five Stars for sure! My second year working with Vario on our annual spring conference and each time it gets better, knocking it out of the park. The team gives all they have in making the vision come to life. Working with Vario from the pre-production, where they make sure all the details are covered, to program day, where the team’s experience, pride in work and passion shines in creating an incredible attendee experience is what makes me a Vario client. As a meeting planner, Vario puts my mind as ease knowing I am working with a top-notch planning and production company and the A/V and production in my program are in the best hands. I look forward to working with the Vario team again.

Wonderful, professional and creative production team who helped create an experience our guests will never forget. Vario worked with us to create an all inclusive experience for our 3200 staff members at the annual staff picnic. They created a beautiful stage that include a large LED screen for videos and live social media. Vario also helped us secure entertainment for the event such as a STOMP performance, a roaming magician, a couple photo selfie stations, and much more. We look forward to working with them again.

Wow! Wow! Wow!! What an experience!! I was planning a very big event at three different locations...... SIMULTANEOUSLY. Not a small task. And Nathan saved the day!! I needed an equally awesome photo booth at ALL locations. (I didn’t want to have a more awesome photo booth for some and not the others) :). Nathan took care of EVERYTHING I needed. From the customer service from the start to the finishing touches of showing up on time, setting up with very little, if any, help from us to getting us the link to all the photos right after!! I can’t thank you enough. And I can’t wait to work with you again in the future. Get ready for our next event on November 1st!! See you there. Jenn :)

Vario is great! Their team is passionate and professional. They offer quality products and services for weddings, corporate functions..etc. Their DJ services are top notch and you can even pair it with live musicians! Best of both worlds! They are easy to work with and make on-site setup stress free. Vario is a good vendor partner ensuring success for the client, venues and coordinators. They've also assisted in last minute needs to save the day. Thank you, Vario!!

Vario is simply THE BEST. They have travelled the country with me for meetings for several years and save both me and my clients money, time and effort. I've been a Meeting Manager for over 20 years and Vario Productions was one of my better finds. Would recommend without hesitation.
