The office is kept in pristine condition, the desk staff are extremely professional, frendly, and attentive. The research staff are also very professional, friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease. The building itself is easy to see from the street but the entrance is not the easiest to find and was difficult to see and find. Otherwise my visits are very pleasant and I am I am happy to visit every time I'm invited to come. I look forward to my visits.

Extremely unorganized, total chaos, tons of ladies working there have zero direction, they bicker and argue with each other on what needs to be done. Rude front desk staff arguing with each other. No one has a smile on there face here. You receive weekly harassing phone calls and threatening emails from (Ms. Bea) them if your in a study group. Every person working there has a bad attitude, frown on their face, is rude, snippy and no one is in charge. With this much chaos, it's obvious there are serious upper management issues here, that's what always happens when you have a family run business like this! I'm not putting up with their unprofessionalism anymore, they treat you like kindergartners! We were tricked into being paid with consumer products instead of cash once, that's totally illegal going against Ohio labor laws.
