Love these folks and their products. I'm not a gin drinker, but I actually enjoy both of their offerings. I love that you can taste every thing before committing to a purchase (ahem.. Nick), we loved everything we tasted so we bought one of each (chocolates too!). I also love that they have limited offerings of whiskey that is aged in barrels from distilleries/wineries/bodegas from islands around the world. The tour of the distillery was led by a very informed young lady, everyone in our group had a great time. The barrel aged Maple Syrup..... excellent, makes a great Old Fashioned. I feel fortunate to live so close to such an accomplished organic distillery!
