Very frustrating. Goes in and out 100 times a day which is beyond maddening when your playing online and get tossed off atleast, 10 times everytime you play. I have to say though, the technical support guys are very nice and are master's of 'working with what we got'.

The front desk staff and technical staff at Vaxxine once again have my confidence and admiration in the handling of my iMac issues (rare issues I might say). When Apple Care turned it over to Vaxxine, I was reassured of their ability to get the job done, efficiently and in a competent manner. True that! Both Apple Care and Vaxxine tag teamed their way into my computer life that put a smile of relief on the face. Thank you!

Great internet , just signed up about a week ago and so far so good!--- I recently called tekksavy and waited over 2 weeks for them to send someone to set up the internet , with no updates. ---I called vaxxine because they we're down the street and within one week I was all set up. I went with the 40 mbps unlimited package and just tested out the speed. The test resulted in a 38 mbps speed which is close enough for me. The below review is correct in saying that there is not private area to discuss your situation , but who needs a private area when your applying for internet? Overall great service so far, and i loved the receptionist.Brett
