I received corporate level training at the beginning and throughout my career that I still use today in my current role

I worked hard to win weekly and monthly challenges that rewarded in high commission and prizes (cash, trips, collateral) 

I was given the opportunity to be promoted to different roles within the company that required more responsibility and attention, respectfully building my leadership skills 

I worked around a positive and high energy culture that made me a happier person overall
