I don't like the way this company operates. They said I'd get paid for training after the 3rd day of training, and we never did. The pay is somehow calculated differently because they said it'd be an hour, but they told me something completely different. I'm so glad I decided to quit this job

I worked for Vector Marketing for about 4 years. In that time, I was able to win Top Rep, be promoted to Assistant Manager and then run my own office in two different MA locations. I don't know anywhere else that in that time frame you can gain that much experience. Vector was a great stepping stone for my career. I was hired by two other sales companies and now work in marketing for a global chemical company. I would recommend Vector Marketing for anyone who is looking to gain income, experience and skills for life. That being said, you also have to work for it. It's been 11 years since I walked in the door my interview & with all my workplace experience thus far - that value holds true for a lot of companies. No one gives hand outs, you get what you put into life, including a job at Vector Marketing. I'm thankful for all the mentors, including Kattie Capone, the manager in Cranston RI, that I had while working there for teaching me that and encouraging me to be the best version of myself.
