I have been working with Velocity for a few months now and as a small business owner, I love the personalized care that I receive. I came to them in hopes of getting my local business off the ground and getting marketing consultation and they really took the time to undestand what I do, my marketing goals, my business goals, and understand that I am limited to a budget. Not just try to take my money like other firms. They gave me a lot of advice and helped me get a lot of stuff started on my owne so that I can establish myself. I went back and now retain them for multiple services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, and they even built my website! The account manager Alison is wonderful, she really creates a personal relationship with you and helps you understand the ins and outs of all my marketing initiatives. The owner, Trey is wonderful as well and the team is just overall fantastic. I love Velocity and can say confidently that they are by far the best firm I have encountered in New Orleans.
