I had the pleasure of doing an online social media session with Caroline Sun which was very informative. She called me before the session to walk me through getting connected through WebEx, which I was unfamiliar with, but it was very easy to do with her help. Through the session she went over all the platforms of social media that I currently use for my business "Let's Cake Decorate", and offered knowledgeable suggestions for improvement.
