Not one bad thing to say - Jamie and Maria were AMAZING! Maria was able to get me pricing promptly and was able to recognize the urgency in my voice. Jamie was able to process my order and kept her word on being able to deliver next day. #CustomerForLife thank you UZ Marketing Team! You guys are all stars!

I had 2 packages coming and only one arrived. I inquired about the other and they showed it was still in transit. The second package was something I had ordered a month in advance. When that month came around and I realized I still didn't have that package I contacted their customer service again and it was still showing in transit. So, lost in the mail somewhere. They were able to send me out the missing order right away.

Needed signs in a hurry. Got them back in about 10 days, from order, design, print, ship and arrival. My design consultant was great and definitely worth spending a few extra bucks for to make sure everything is done right. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking to purchase signs with a picture on it. They sent an image of what my signs would look like. It looks nothing like the signs I received. The picture is dark and you can’t recognize who is on it. What a waste of money. Also, it took over 2 weeks to receive my order. Don’t waste your money with this company.

The color was off by quite a bit. NOT what I would have expected for spending over $500.00 AND paying extra for the "color match" I would have given the 1 star BUT they did ship quickly to me. I will not be ordering from them again and consider this "money lost"

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a large quantity of signs that I intentionally left mostly blank. We had kids use the signs to draw on. Before printing the signs, they reached out to me to make sure there wasn't art missing since they were so blank. It was nice to know a human being took the time to review the order before processing it.

Terrible customer service! I have called for three days to get a call back form a manager and I have yet to get a call. They printed a sign the wrong size and for the wrong company. Once I picked I realized the issue. They refuse to fix the issue nor refund me. This isn't the first time I have had this issue. I will NEVER use this company again. If you have an issue it is a nightmare. I NEVER approved a proof I want a refund or I will dispute this matter with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY use Universal Signs!
