We have worked with Vertical Hosts for a few years now. They have always went above and beyond to make sure our site works. We have never been charged for something we shouldn't have been and in fact they helped us to reduce our overall month to month cost significantly.Vertical Hosts has done a great job on the True Life Church website!

I normally try and leave a good review about a place or a business unless they just treat me really wrong and I have to admit this place was the worst. Like most businesses Vertical Hosts promises they will do everything you ask until you give the down payment. If they do not fully believe in what you are doing and what you are about it will fully show in the design. Even after cancellation they charged us for six months of hosting before it was caught and when approached they claimed they were never told about the cancellation even though it takes many emails and phone calls from the old hosting company and the new hosting company to transfer. To us they claim to be a Christian company with Christian morals and they just may be a christian company but as far as morals go I would have to say vertical hosts is lacking in that department.
