I went in today for an estimate for decals for my new VW beetle very excited. Andy, the design guy was friendly and awesome! Barry the owner was chock full of negativity. His customer service needs some help. Everything he said about my design was negative with no alternative suggestions. HE lost my business with his attitude and I left completely frustrated. I was willing to spend $500 but he will not get a penny from me. I hope Andy finds a better boss to mentor him or her starts his own business. I'll take my business to Andy any day and appreciate his help today!
