This is an amazing place and every time we go there to get out recital dances, we have been treated so kindly by the workers and they are fast working. About your comment when the recital was blurry, that is to be blamed on the staff in which were recording clearly had a poor camera. Have a good day and Thank You!

I have had the unfortunate experience of ordering DVD’s from this company twice. Both orders were for a video of my daughter's dance recital (one video last year, another video order this year). The first time, the DVD was so blurry, I couldn't see the stage clearly. The second time, the DVD took 3 weeks to arrive. I called both times and I did not get any assistance. Definitely poor customer service and poor video quality.
