I had used Video Factory before to transfer film to DVD and they were great. But today they went above and beyond to help me. I needed a slideshow quick and it came out fantastic - and they stayed after hours to tweak the pixel clarity for me, without me asking! They will get my business from now on and I would highly recommend them. Great professionals and excellent customer service!

The people running the place are unstable and perhaps could be using meth. When I sat down to consult with the lady she was not focused and was kinda impolite and rude but I let it go, because my company has used Video Enterprises in the past and we were very satisfied but now she was like a blood thirsty vampire trying to nickle and dime us every single penny.. there service has gone down hill to say the least.
