I highly recommend this company! They had a great turn around time (about a week), were not expensive (I called a ton of places, and Video Impact had great prices) and since I wasn't sure of the contents of every VHS, they didn't transfer any TV shows (which I super appreciated)! Don't send your VHS out and risk losing them in mail, go here instead because they were wonderful to work with!

Video Impact made my Christmas gift to my parents possible. I found myself in a pickle when I learned that the mail-in service I was originally going to use wouldn’t arrive until after the holiday. I had over 50 tapes to transfer and Video Impact not only assured me they would be done in time, but also gave me a quote that was significantly lower than other competitors. In the end, I was provided with great customer service, received the DVD’s within an impressive amount of time, and saved a lot of money. The experience could not have been more perfect.

Video Impact in Atlanta was fantastic. I am writing a memoir and needed to converts some old slides into digital form. Video Impact was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, prompt, and reasonably priced. I got my slides back unharmed and the digital pics look great.

Video Impact has been my "go to" place for anything and everything digital/image related for years, and they have never let me down. In fact, I have yet to stump them! They always can handle whatever crazy request I have. I have trusted them to scan very sentimental pictures and albums, and they did so perfectly. Most recently, I had Video Impact make a video to show at my daughter's birthday party. The day of, I ran into issues with the equipment at the venue. Video Impact came through- quickly loaning me a piece of equipment (trusting me to come back and pay, which saved time) and also was willing to even come to the venue, last minute, if that didn't work. Long story short, they are AWESOME. Thanks for all the help over the years, Pat.
