We went with Jim for our wedding video and were very dissatisfied with the service and product we were provided. He did not communicate with us at all throughout the process leading up to the wedding.. He waited 6 months to cash one of our $750 checks. 6 MONTHS I had to account for $750 because he sat on it so long. Then we got the draft video and the quality was TERRIBLE. It was so grainy and pixelated at some points, you could hardly make out people's faces. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and pointed it out in the draft hoping it was just the software he used to burn the DVD, but the final draft was just as terrible. I don't understand it at all, I feel like any video camera purchased in the last decade should have shot better quality than the video I received. I would NOT recommend you go with this business for your wedding video needs. If you must, I suggest getting a money order when you pay him, and do not expect to receive a decent quality video of your wedding day.
