I've been using Whitwam for video production work for the past three years, including varied location and studio work, and bespoke motion graphics. I've always been delighted with their work, especially their expertise and enthusiasm, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the complete video solution.

I've worked for Whitwam Ltd for 16 years this year, I'm writing this review to say that solving client's conference and video requirements is as exciting today as it was when I started and the energy we put into our work is 110%. I've seen a lot of events and met a lot of production crews and can claim to be proud of what we do and very confident of the quality of our staff and service.

Whitwam is a small and compact audio visual hire and live events production company based in Winchester. Their premises are small but their service and reputation are large. From the smallest installation to the biggest of productions, whitwam are available 24/7 to customers and are always ready to aid customers in need. The reason for the two star grade is due to an experience I had with one of their managers called Tim withers at a conference put on by whitwam in the early part of this year.I was contacted by AV magazine to attend a conference by whitwam to review production quality, client service and audiance response. All of the above favored well, until a coffee break where I spoke to Tim as he was wearing whitwam corporate clothing and wanted to get a face to face customer liason as part of my review. I am sad to say that things did not go well. Upon speaking to Tim, and hearing about his extensive and exclusive production experience, I then told him that I was from out of town and a delegate from up north. At this point his attitude changed and became very prejudicial in the way he came over. He was not interested in talking after this and became very distant and abstract to say the least.It is a shame that there are prejudices still in place for people from other areas of the country even if they are prospective customers.Apart from this, the event went very well with little or no hic ups in the production, it is just a shame that the attitude from Tim was so malevolent.

We recently undertook a major re-furbishment of our village hall which involved the installation of some quite complex stage lighting and sound equipment. Ray Clarke the Whitwam technician gave us invaluable advice regarding the beat way to solve our problems and helped set up the system so that it now works extremely well.Just note that Whitwam only undertake the low voltage work, mains connections have to be done by your own electrician.
