We are looking to rent an apt in Aventura, We have a dog and been told that we have to pick up the dog by hands when we pass the atrium lobby!!! they even suggested a stroller or to have a cart for the dog. I guess that the Atrium think that dogs are splashing in the mud most of the day....and don't let them step on their precious lobby floors. ( they also have a 20lb dog restriction)We were really surprised that Aventura city is one of the cities that really dont like dogs, there is only one dog park, and 95% of the buildings don't allow dogs. the other 5% allow small dogs ( 20lb ). i know cats that weigh more then 20lb...
