Ann Kendall exceeded all my expectations, something that stands out because it happens so rarely. From our very first contact, an email referral, until she delivered the final web copy, she was punctual, professional and smart. Being in a new segment of information management, Ann was quick to understand the competitive landscape and to develop a strategy to differentiate our product and services from the rest of the market. Her interviewing techniques were both efficient and analytical. It was amazing how much she could find out and document in a very short period of time. As a novice, I didn’t understand that the approach to writing web copy is very specific and requires a unique skill set. Ann was always patient with me, getting me up to speed on how she was going to approach creating our copy and why that would be best for our space and our products. I am ecstatic with the deliverables. Because Ann added so much to our new product web site and because she is such a standout at what she does we will be retaining her on an ongoing basis to assist with our marketing activities.
