Awesome customer service! I thought something was wrong with my headphone jack on my laptop, I brought it in, and the dude fixed it right then and there, took like 30 seconds, and he didn't even charge me anything $$$ :) It turned out to be a little bead of silica gel that leaked in my backpack. Also they have a really nice waiting room area. If I have any other issues with my laptop I'll definitely come back!
