Really bad customer service and only getting worse. They basically don't care if you get who you're looking for... Really narrow focus and have poor applicants as of Feb 2017. Told me to try and find someone else, but tweaking job description would need to pay another $500, when the applicants they gave me in the first round didn't match my initial job description [Even though I offered a wage rate 50% over their recommended rate, as we needed someone good, and in a short timeline]. Poor, very poor, to the point that I feel likes its robbery. Further they take FOREVER to get anything done, I started in early Jan 2017, and still going on in mid Feb 2017 with no resolution and at best 1 email communication per day even though I've said I'll respond up to midnight EST time [so noon their time, my contact refused to email more then ONCE per day...]. I've NEVER given a 1 star review but these guys deserve ZERO stars... Full disclosure: I used them twice before over a year ago, and seems to have gone straight downhill! Hopefully they get their act together, try not to rob people and get better recruiters....
