I have always found Virtual City people to be the most helpful and competent people around. nothing is a problem, they know what they are doing and do it promptly and well. i have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and in fact did that twice today.

I went in for a very simple issue of not knowing how to sync my I phone with my computer, and was very aware and willing, that I would probably be paying for that service. I was served by Aaron, who was very friendly and helpful and resolved the issue for me within minutes. and no charge!!Very grateful, and I will definitely be back there with any computer issues.

Have needed their services on several occasions and it is a very pleasant experience to have expectations exceeded. The culture is one which gives one the sense that they are more interested in solving your problem than they are in the money (or at least just as interested, which makes a nice change from many businesses these days) Staff are professional, friendly and courteous. Recommended.
