When our internet quit working, we called HughesNet and they sent a technician from Vision Quest to diagnose and correct the issue. Their technician was very knowledgeable and immediately identified and corrected the problem. Service now working better than when originally installed

My tech was amazing he did a great installation and cleaned up after himself it was like he wasn't even there.!!! Called befor arriving to let me know he was on his way.Very pleased with the service. and the dispatch team was awesome as well, they even offered me a sooner date. Thanks. i am totally going to be telling all my family and friends!!

Avoid this company if possible. Cancelled my installation appt 2 hrs before they were supposed to be here due to weather. There was no rain within 200 miles and the sun was shining. Spoke with Vision Quest by phone and installation was back on for original time of 11-2 on 8/29/17. Thirty minutes prior to 11am they cancelled again, this time the installer had a stomach virus. Very dishonest company. Ask Hughes Net for someone else.
