I work for a small business and needed some work to be done on our Server. Spoke with Travis over the phone explaining our situation. He indicated he would meet with me on Wednesday to go over the scope of work... Got stood up by Travis at 10AM on Jan 30, 2019. I then emailed Travis asking if we were still on for our meeting, no reply. Then i emailed Roy(a few days later) and also did not answer my email. Cant believe a company would hire such flaky people. I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!

I have used Visionary IT now several times for my business and a few computer issues for my home... so far so good. Great service, very professional. Travis is very knowledgeable and has offered great advise on how to get my business office up to date using "modern" tools. Change is difficult but I can see in the long run it is necessary. Can't keep doing things like we did 20+ years ago. RL
