Feedback:

We’re currently waiting on our final cut wedding video but let me just share a few things. First off - I’m looking at all of these negative reviews posted on the same day, clearly from a group of people trying to bring down this business’ rating. In my opinion, Tim and his team deserve 5 stars. I contacted the business after finding them on Yelp. I was blown away not only by the quality of work, but the price compared to EVERY other videographer I looked at (literally half the price for same services). within 2 hours, I received a call from Tim to set up a meeting. My fiancé (now husband!) and I met with Tim soon after. He was very accommodating with time and was thorough in explaining his pricing, services, packages, etc. We made it clear that we were on a budget - Tim never pushed us once to opt for a package we couldn’t afford. We booked him immediately! Their communication style of texting AND email is so convenient! Maddie was a pleasure to deal with (even when I dropped the ball in getting them things they needed for the video!). They were up front about the time in which to expect the first draft of our videos, and we received all 3 (yes, 3!) videos right on time. We received rough copies first for our review to ensure names were spelled correctly, etc - I wasn’t expecting that, and I was happily surprised! We’ve already watched the videos over and over again :)My only word of advice is that Tim has a very strong personality- not bad in the least, just expect to be dealing with someone who doesn’t sugarcoat things (in my opinion, that type of person is better to deal with anyway!). I think he just knows what he’s doing and knows how to get things done efficiently by cutting all the BS! Thank you to the Visions Forever team - we had a great experience and can’t wait to get our final videos back!Becky & Jon
