They are always on time, know how to capture the home to show off its best features and deliver the photographs in a timely manner. Our sellers are always impressed with the way their home has been captured. With the vast majority of buyers starting their home search online, it's imperative there are quality photos to capture the buyer's attention right off the bat and Visual Advantage continues to deliver time after time.

I hired Visual Advantage to complete a full iGuide tour with photography for a property in the Lakeshore/Parkdale community of Waterloo. I absolutely love their add on services and was delighted with being able to include an exterior iGuide of the property and Drone Aerial Photography. Booking and payment was simple and easy. My photographer was prompt, professional and covered all areas of the home while providing recommendations and insight along the way. As a Toronto agent this was my first time working with Visual Advantage and I have been absolutely blown away. The tour and photos are spectacular and I look forward to having the opportunity to work with them again for all of my future listings in their covered service areas. 5 star company all around!
