Initial experience was great. Robert was very professional and fast. Three hours after I left, there was an air bubble on the passenger window. I tried to push it out with a soft cloth but it wouldn’t come out. I called him and asked him if it was normal and he asked me to bring it back.Before I continue the story I will add that Robert puts green strips over the window switches to make sure customers do not roll their windows down until the tint has cured. As soon as he looks at the window he says “you rolled the window down”. I assured him that I had not touched the window. He continued arguing with me that he had been in the business 30 years and there was no way this happened without me rolling the window down. Whether I had rolled it down or not (which I didn’t), why would you talk to your customer like that? Very poor customer interaction/service. I would not recommend this shop.

This guy did an absolutey amazing job!!! We took my brothers car right after bc he did such an amazing job!!!! He also wraps cars.

He did a nice job tinting my windows and suggested how I should tint my windows as dark possible without getting tickets. Time will tell if I don't get any tint violation tickets.
