Debía ser un error. Pero mi sorpresa es que al reunirme con ellos, la comercial, que era muy conciliadora, no pudo retener a la diseñadora, que solo le faltó llamarme hortera. Quiero decir que en ningún momento grité ni insulté a nadie. Sólo dije que eso no era lo que habíamos hablado. Y me dijo que lo que yo quería era imposible (cosa falsa, pues ahora lo tengo en mi nueva web hecha con otra empresa, que no me puso ni una pega y lo hizo perfectamente y rápido). Mi respuesta fue que si no era posible, debían decírmelo antes de que pagase. No pueden decirme a todo si.Finalmente esta persona perdió los nervios y me dijo que yo no tenía ni idea, que no tenía gusto. Yo le dije que si soy una persona sin gusto, pero pago por una horterada, ella puede aceptar el trabajo o no, pero si lo acepta debe hacer aquello por lo que pagué. Es como si contratas un servicio a una empresa de reformas y te dicen que pueden hacerlo todo perfectamente, pero cuando llegas a casa ves que hizo lo que le apeteció y se justifican diciendo que tienes mal gusto y además se dedicó muchas horas a hacerlo.Fue una situación muy desagradable, sumamente incómoda, pues soy una persona que evito los conflictos y es difícil discutir conmigo. Yo sólo quiero evitaros este mal trago.
