Client Review on Visual Realm, LLC

Feedback:

At first I thought I had found a great company for our business logo. However that quickly changed. After a couple of emails back and forth with Richella Georgette, I noticed the attention wasn't the same. From the way she responded to one of my last emails it was obvious that she hadn't really read the content of my email. So I proceeded to email her again asking to set up a phone call realizing that email was clearly not working. Including, the fact that two weeks had passed by and was yet to receive a quote I had asked for. Finally she responded being very dismissive. Basically telling me that they are very busy with high-end web clients like the "Buccaneers" having very little left over time with clients like me and then indirectly commented we should take our business elsewhere. I was definitely shocked, mind you she is the Marketing Director.Terrible customer service!
