They have done amazing work at developing our new brand identify and then carrying it forward into web pages, print, graphics, clothing and convention accessories. I started a new business about a year ago and basically needed everything. They created a branding package I was very happy with and translated that into a similar website. A few months after launching the website I realized I needed it to be generating a lot more business for us so asked them how they could help. Doug explained the whole theory and process behind local SEO and how it was the best long term investment you can make in a website so we started to do that. It does take a few months to start seeing results, but after about 2 months there's been a steady increase in traffic to the website and all from organic search results. And now I agree, it's probably the most important thing a local business can do.
