Very very disappointed. Mis-sold what we were getting for our money, told by management that 'its the leisure centers fault' and nothing more could be done... didn't go live when we were told it would.. no literature at display points, and found that monitors were off for a substantial amount of time and the lady that would have maintained them was off on maternity leave. absolute waste of money, advertise elsewhere as this just does not work.

Great service. Less than a week after first speaking with Visulize UK my ad was designed and up and running. Artwork team are amazing – very responsive to any changes I asked for and the whole company responds quickly to any requests / queries. Highly recommended.

Avoid. Paid for an advert, recieved nothing for my money, they dont answer emails or phone. Luckily i have done a charge back through my bank, i have got my money hack, i advise other claim there money. Total scam

This company does not respond to emails or answer telephone calls. The advertising screens that they told us that they were about to install do not exist. If I could award no stars I would. Update 23.04.19 - the company is overdue in filing its Confirmatory Statement at Companies House.

VERY disappointed. As a small business (just Husband and Wife), we invested over £1,200 with these. The artwork is no longer forthcoming, the TV screens are not always on at the centres and we're absolutely gutted that we wasted this money with them.

AVOID & AVOID BESPOKE MEDIA. DIRTY TRICKS TO KEEP THEM IN PROFIT WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR ADVERTISING, BEING TOLD CUSTOMERS COME BACK TO THEM YEAR IN YEAR OUT. MISLEADING TO SAY THE LEAST.

Company doesn't respond to emails nor do they pick up the phone. I paid for an advert at Rufford Park that was to be setup in October 2018 and every time I did receive any info from them the person that was supposed to be erecting the screens was supposedly ill. Avoid this company, even if they do what they say they do they never get back to you anyway. I am now looking for legal assistance as I believe the company has breached their contract.

Paid for advertising for christmas in November, 3 days from Feb and still nothing. Will not answer calls or emails, I'll now have to instruct a solicitor to chase them up. Nightmare company.

Trying to get a response from this company but no one answers the phone or replies to emails. After my advertising was withdrawn prematurely I am owed a refund. It was promised in November but now no one answers my calls or emails. Appalling.
