BRIDES & GROOMS BEWARE!! Hiring Vito’s Media Production’s was the worst decision we made for so many reasons. Immediately after our wedding we were told that despite our signed contract, we wouldn’t get our wedding video until 4-6 months after our wedding instead of 9-12 weeks (3 months) that was agreed upon (note that we paid, in full, well before our wedding to ensure there wouldn’t be any delays). In the meantime, we anxiously awaited our “3-5 minute” highlight video that was to be delivered within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive it until nearly 6 months after our wedding. When we questioned when we would get it, we were told she was going to need more time. To be specific, we were told exactly 8 different times we would have it by and those dates came and went. Finally, on March 28th, we received our highlight video. Our “3-5 minute” highlight was only just over 3 minutes, was poorly done and was posted on YouTube with the incorrect wedding date. At that time it was almost 6 months, so we asked when we could expect our final delivery. Her response was “we’ll have to keep an open line of communication with the delivery for that”. She said she would check back in with us in a week or so to let us know where she was with our final delivery. We did not hear from her so we followed up on April 6th (6 months). She replied saying she couldn’t “give a definite update as of right now”. We did not hear from her and followed up again on May 5th (7 months). She responded that she was going to work on finishing ours up over the next few weeks. She then asked for a list of songs which we had already provided a few months prior. When we reiterated what she had just told us, that we would have our video by June, she responded adding 2-3 more weeks to that time. We continued to receive a list of excuses but were assured that she understood our frustrations and would have it out “ASAP in June. And before the second or third week”. We decided to ask for the raw footage on May 6th as a compromise so we would have something to view and she would have more time to work on our video. She replied saying she would have it by the end of the next week. We didn’t hear from her. We followed up on May 20th to which she responded she would be sending over our formalities the next week. We didn’t hear from her and followed up on May 29th. No response. We followed up again on June 4th (8 months). She replied she was working on us “right this moment”. We didn’t hear from her and followed up on June 14th. She responded we would get our video but still did not say when. On June 19th, she sent one clip and on June 28th another. We told her she needed to take our agreement seriously and asked for the video by end of July. FINALLY, over 9 months after our wedding we received our video but it didn’t include any footage of my girls or our moms getting ready, it cut one bridesmaid out of the whole video, didn’t include any of my family or our bridal party together, no decorations, etc. The video was just unedited footage of our ceremony, first dance, our father-daughter dance, the mother-son dance, etc. In addition, the camera was all over/looking at the ceiling in a couple of sections. In addition, we got ready at my mom’s house and two of my bridesmaids and mom told me they saw her outside walking up and down the street arguing with someone on the phone. When I brought this up to her, she assured me the phone call had nothing to do with anything. Yet, I had no video of them getting ready. We even paid for a drone and she didn’t include any footage of us getting married from the drone view. Sadly, we were not the only unhappy customers. Someone's wedding anniversary was in a week and they still had not received their video. Another friend received her video two weeks shy of their wedding anniversary and she spelled the grooms name (Joseph) wrong, didn’t include large chunks of their wedding in the video, etc. After 9+ months since our wedding and a ton of money wasted, we have to put even more money out to have someone else make our wedding video.

When my husband and I were deciding on our vendors for our wedding, choosing Vito Media Productions was an easy pick. And we are so glad!! Nori was and continues to be wonderful from the very beginning. We were in contact many times to discuss our timeline for the day of along with special shots we wanted. Nori and her team were great the day of wedding; very professional and accommodating. They were there the entire time and caught every moment of our special day. She even helped my husband surprise me for our 1 year anniversary. She set up a projector screen and did a private showing of our wedding video! It was a wonderful surprise and we absolutely LOVE our video! Nori is so talented and has such a great eye for putting it all together! Thank you so much for capturing our magical day and making our motion picture that we can’t stop watching!
