We decided to search online for a reputable market research in Nigeria, due to the fact that we do not base there, we found VIZON Research with the highest rating. After going through their website we called the phone number so we can speak with a customer service rep. After our conversation, the CSR asked that we send an email to their email address. unknowing to her that we haven't ended the call we could hear her saying "This is probably an Idiot" everybody was in a bit of shock. This tells more of their employees. Hey VIZON if you do get a chance to read this, You just lost a potential client.
