We went with a new phone system and needed help getting our phones to work better with our slow internet connection. The DSL connection is not the best for the new phones and they were not communicating. He was able to get them communicating so that we can conduct business again. I want to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction and provide my recommendation for the technical support provided from Diggaj Vora and VoraTech. Voratech has been responsible for the on-going maintenance and trouble-shooting for our systems for the past nine years. Each time I send out a “distress” call, I receive Diggaj’s response in a timely fashion. Not only is Diggaj extremely knowledgeable but courteous no matter the issue. He continues to take the time to work with me to resolve the problem - many times going above and beyond the call – even when he has been on vacation. I cannot speak highly enough of Diggaj Vora and Voratech.

I own a small biz that had a hole in our tech support after a company we worked with got too BIG for us. Vora-Tech helped fill that hole helping us with workstation set-up, break/fix support, product installation and maintenance and so many important things that we just don't have the time to be hands on with.I highly suggest using them for your small to medium business.
