Many thanks to Vortex Communications, Miami for immediately understanding and suggesting a workable solution to an issue in which my webpage that has been hosted by Site 5 for six years was inaccessible - for more than three weeks! Tom at Vortex Communications had the matter solved and my page back online in less than 48 hours.Prior to involving Vortex Communications, I spent endless hours on more than one dozen online chats with my provider, receiving different explanations as to the cause of the problem, and repeated assurances that the issue was understood and that I’d be online shortly.
