We used both the WPBoost package and also moved onto Vrazer (WordKeeper) as our new host. Our site load times have improved from 10-15 seconds or more to between 2-3 seconds.Once moved over to their new hosting service, they've been very responsive in helping us address a few issues to get everything working optimally.High recommend folks give these guys a shot if you're looking for WordPress speed optimization and/or good hosting services for wordpress sites. The quality of their work and customer service have both been excellent for us.5/5 stars

Lance gave me all the reassurance that a best friend would do in an emergency while safeguarding my security. After several phone call and email exchanges, he refused payment since it turned out to be manageable through steps he gave me. He provides extraordinary service and is truly caring. At a time when I felt most vulnerable, I had my own junkyard dog ready to protect me if needed.

The best hosting and customer service bar none! I've used several hosting companies over the years and service has always been an after thought for most hosting companies. Uptime and problem solving are at the top of my list when it comes to needs for our company as we are an online publisher. Vrazer / Wordkeeper's response rates to any issues we have with website hosting are almost instantaneous. They are more than a hosting company to us, they are true business partners.

I worked with VRAZER in their division for WordPress speed optimization for my organization's website. I vetted a few different companies before electing to go with them at wpboost and I am writing this review because I am confident I made the absolute best choice. They were in the middle for price, but much less expensive than the highest and not much more than the lowest. However, I would have invested twice as much to get the website to the point where they fine tuned it to. The tech I worked with went above and beyond the scope of the project because he clearly, genuinely cared about me getting the best result possible. He was patient and put the project aside when I had to work with a 3rd party hosting service on issues not related to wpboost and even worked with me to help get my hosting service to make appropriate tweaks that made a huge difference. This is no doubt, the best investment I have made in my business's website so far. Thanks again!
