Checked un at 0515 for a 0600 appointment,got put in a door at 0700 didn't start shaking the trailer until 094 when I went in and raised hell,they cost me a $2500 load,the stupid gaurd tried to argue that I had a dry load after he clearly seen my refer was running and temp was on bols they are complete idiots at the place ,I wont be back not matter what it pays,12 hrs later they finally finish with it

Very unpleasant. The gaurd was very rude. Did not explain the process clearly. The company workers are in no rush to take your product off.

I'm very impressed how fast they unload me, my appointment @5am got in the dock @4am done by 6 am, that's amazing for reefer load I would come here again, the guard was extremely nice also the stuff, no over night parking but there's Walmart 2.5 miles away or truck stop 2.5 miles away, thanks guys for the great service

If you arrive on time you will be unloaded fast as possible. Unloading service is third party. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late you are a work in and might be delayed unloading. If you have a floor load or large breakdown they move fast as they can. If you have no appointment you become a work in if they can take you.

Drivers avoid this place, it’s the Worst Company I have ever seen, Rude employee, no respect, lazy,slow. They don’t even talk to you, it took me 7 hours to unload, Drivers don’t ever come here if you don’t wanna waste 6hrs or more and have a food cuz it will take u forever. For a Trucker coming here is the worst experience the Guy in Receiving is the worst person you can find in this trade THEY NEVER TEACH MANNERS AND COURTESY TO THIS MAN, LOW CLASS PERSON.

Only major flaw is they schedule you for a 0400 but will NOT let you in the gate until exactly 0400. So you’re left driving around for an hour. Other then that... Polite security, Polite Lady in charge of the lumpers. Extremely fast unload. You guys have plenty of gravel staging. Let us show up an hour early.
