Rude. Demand unrealistic expectations from there contractors. Happy I no longer do business with them.UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER.IT WAS IN 1999 TO 2000.YES I HOLD A GRUDGE BUT NOT EVEN FOR MONEY WILL I WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.
