Thank you WPWA. I had a problem with my electric today. I called and within the hour two service men were at my house. I had a loose neutral wire at the meter and they fixed me right up.

Seriously a joke of a place. By far the worst place I've ever had to deal with. And the worst part about it they honestly don't care. If there was any other place in the world I could get utility's in this town I would in a heart beat.

I couldn't believe how hard it was to get help with a payment arrangement with them. I have only ever been late on a bill once. I called to make a payment arrangement due to being laid off for 5 months and they were going to shut us off over 3 days away from getting paid from a new job. If I wanted the Xtra 3 days I had to agree to pay both my current bill and my next bill which wasn't due for almost another 2 weeks. I'm disappointed. I just wish we had more options for our area.
