WCH has repaired my apple macbook screen and prior to that, removed a malware virus on our desktop, all within a timely manner and at an affordable price for the work done. We highly recommend Wakefield Computer Hospital over geek squad whose estimates were sky high in comparison.

I had an issue with my laptop recently and took it to Wakefield Computer Hospital. My experience was something I have to share. While I was there a boy around the age of 12 came in asking about how much money he would need to save for a used computer for school. The owner of Wakefield Computer talked to him for a while about school and the boy told him his family had no computer in their home. The owner stepped away for a few moments and came back with a used laptop he had in the store and gave it to the boy for free. I was am in awe of his kindness & generosity. I will go back for all of my computer needs and so should you!

great work! Parts, repair, troubleshooting, networking, Eric has an abundance of legacy and current technical knowledge to handle any job and I never cease to be amazed at his willingness to troubleshoot any issue requested.

I was so frazzled, I thought I was going to loose all my documents. I went to Wakefield computer Hospital and they saved the day. I got my computer back good as new and I lost nothing. I am so extremely grateful, I gave them a try.

I brought my laptop to Wakefield Computer Hospital solely based on these reviews. I now wish I hadn't. I tried to move lots of pictures to an SD card to get them off my laptop. I cut and pasted instead of copy and paste. Big mistake on my part. My pics didn't transfer over to the card and I lost them. I brought my laptop here and after them having my laptop for almost 2 weeks, and no call from them to give me an update, I get it back with still no pics. Now that's not what I'm upset about. It was made clear there was a 50-50 chance of getting my pics back. My issue is I had to call to find out what was going on. No one called me even after a week of them having it in their possession. I either got a voice mail box or a recording saying the phone service was out of service. Ok time to freak out. I think it was 2 days I kept getting that message. I drove over on several occasions to find the closed sign on the door saying they'd be back at 2pm. I returned several times after 2 and no one was there still. Going by their website it says they open at 11am. Wrong again, they open at noon. I attempted to get there right at 11 (before I find out they aren't even open, the time their website says they open) and the "return at 2 " sign still on door. I was not impressed with their service and still got stuck paying $80 for nothing and horrible service. I would and will find someplace else to have my laptop worked on.

My computer was stuck in the bios and required a password and I wanted to get this fixed. Since I didn't have it under warranty anymore the estimate for repair from ASUS was 500 dollars, I couldn't pay that. So I found this local computer repair shop and the repairman got my computer up and running in no time at 360 dollars less than the manufacturer, and saved me some of my files which was a bonus for me. So overall the service was great, yet the only to be aware of is to always call first to know when you could pick up your pc since it's a one man show.

The owner of WCH was not helpful. So I took my MacBook to the square one mall and got my MacBook fixed for $40 less per hour then what Wakefield Computer Hospital charges. So I don’t highly recommend Wakefield Computer Hospital to people who need their laptop fixed.

I am so impressed with Eric from Wakefield Computer Hospital's service. He picked my computer up, had a diagnostic within hours, was done the next day, and dropped it back off to my home. His explained what was going on so that a non-tech person like myself could understand. Saved me hundreds of dollars from rip-offs like Genius Bar & Geek Squad. He has my business from now on!

Our Mac had some issues that needed to be addressed. Eric took care of it and it is running great! Very reasonably priced. I feel more at ease knowing I have a very knowledgeable IT guy to go to for my computer needs.
