First off we call to set up an appointment, they come out on Monday and say they don’t have the tools needed for the job and would have to come back Wednesday. They literally walked in the basement and checked the pressure switch. At no time did they uncover my well, so they were there maybe ten mins. Later that day I get a call from them with a quote for 1900$ possibly more, Possibly less. They quoted me for a new pump and a new control box stating that was the issue. Again keep in mind they didn’t even inspect inside the well. Long story short this place is a RIPOFF. I called another well service for a second opinion and wouldn’t you know 400$ later and I’m golden. Stay away from this place they will try and milk your wallet

Called on a Saturday and told the man who answered what was going on with my well. He diagnosed it over the phone and solved my problem. Very knowledgeable.

Ok, Verla has an extra dry sense of humor, so be prepared. Having said that, when my pressure tank and well pump went bad they were on top of it. Had new tank and well pump installed within 48 hours. Top notch service, couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone without the slightest hesitation.

Very poor customer service. Came out picked up pump told me it's going to be 145 dollars for doing nothing and that I needed a new well and they refuse to work on it. So they basically came out and stole a very expensive pump and will not give it back. Go through anybody but them. Even if you have to wait a month trust me it will be worth it.

Outstanding. Called for a well problem and they were out the next day and fixed it. Workers were friendly and very efficient. Office personnel very professional, polite and helpful. Certainly recommend them.

I've called several other well companies and over the course of a two year span had no help whatever , called the folks at walkerville well drilling 5 days ago , got my estimate for what needed to be done , they came on the 5th day and not only upgraded my geo thermal system to a variable speed system but pulled my house water well pump and replaced the motor and fittings the same day .just before Christmas before the weather turned .job Well done .pun intended .
