This company is ridiculous and worst business EVER!!! They don’t even deserve any stars if I had a choice. I needed a intricate decal for my business but ended up with the worst decal service. One thing is, if you are a customer who’s getting ready to open up a business and never had order a decal before wouldn’t the staff offer you what different services they do before ordering. How would I know what to ask! As a business they didn’t even explained what type of decal I needed and how to put it on. Wallace Printing!! I don’t run your business so I wouldn’t know what to ask for! They charge me $150 and I told them that the decal is not what I expected. I wanted the decal and/or image to go on the glass not the whole damn sticker! Again.... failed to tell the customer how it will go on and look like on the door. For this business if you were smart enough your business should have had a person to come out to help put the decal on as a good service. It was just an awful decal. We had to rip it off! The decal was foggy and not transparent at all. When I called the company to see if they could print another one out and perhaps in another way, how I wanted the owner “a lady” said she wasn’t going to print another one and couldn’t give any discount or refund!!?? I was like WTH, really... I done spent $150 and she wanted me to pay another $150!!!! You got to be out of your freaking mind I’m going to pay that again?! Poor service EVER!!!!!! I swear people think money grows on trees! I told her they failed to explained to me the different products they offer and if I was told that that’s how the decal went on the glass door, I wouldn’t have Orderderd it!!!!! What a waste of my money!! So disappointed with this company. DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH this COMPANY, they will not refund or give you any discount what so ever! What pissed me off even more when she said “ sorry, but it’ll be another $150.” RUDE!!!! I will not go back and will tell customers about this company on fb and anybody I see. I normally don’t do reviews but they pissed me off.
