I initially gave them 5 stars for quick professional service just after picking up my mac after motherboard swap.Since then: I came back to them 3 times with the same issue that I came with in the first place. They replaced the mother board twice with no result. After 3 weeks of going back an forth and being unable to fix 2011 macbook pro they gave me my money back and my mac that is not working.For minor fixes they might be good but this was a giant waste of my time.Communication with Mr. Wang could be better.

My hard drive crashed one evening, recently. I rummaged about earnestly looking for any late night shop or service that could help me figure out what had happened and what could be done. I stumbled across Wang Service and called, and within an hour was sitting with Martin Wang who quickly and expertly identified the problem. The next afternoon, he had replaced the drive and had my computer up and running again. Bravo. I will likely return to him in the future if the need arises. Now I am, like a responsible adult, backing up my data on an external drive and a cloud-based drive. Thanks, Martin.
